Kids Create Health!
Healthy kids create healthy communities. When children know what improves health, they easily adapt the new behaviors and choices. The Healthy Kids School Program takes a health educator to the schools to teach children every other year about how to improve health. There is also an exercise course for teachers to use in the grades between health education.
Wellness Wheel
The wellness wheel is used in the 4th grade to 6th grade school site programs because when children are between the ages of 9 - 11 years old, they begin to make their own health choices. The wheel is an easy way to teach children how they create their health!
